Gentle Shepherd is pleased to announce that Dr. Rick McQuistion has recently been accepted by the American Psychiatric Association as a DSM-5 Field Trials Collaborating Investigator. In this role, he will be conducting clinical field trials to contribute in the development of the new Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) for Mental and Emotional Disorders – 5. The DSM is the standard for clinical mental health diagnosis. This is an exceptional opportunity for Dr. McQuistion, and serves as a fine example of the clinical expertise available to clients at the Gentle Shepherd Counseling Center
