Janelle received her Masters degree from Malone University and has her LPC license. Her areas of interest are, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, faith-based counseling, family, group, children, adolescents, personality disorders, life adjustments, post-traumatic stress, and trauma.
Janelle has an intensive background in women and children’s ministries. She has led group bible studies for both for over five years and is a public speaker and writer for Women Living Well Ministries. She is the author of two cookbooks and a contributing author to the book, “What I Wish I’d Known” in collaboration with some of the most influential women in ministry such as Kay Arthur, Liz Curtis Higgs, and Elyse Fitzpatrick.
Janelle seeks to enhance emotional, relational and spiritual healing with whom she counsels. She believes that the relationship between the counselor and client is of utmost importance. She holds on to the passage from 2 Corinthians 1:4, “Who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.” She truly seeks to walk along side of those who are struggling. Her unconditional positive regard for her clients helps create a therapeutic and transparent atmosphere.
Janelle is married and has three children. She is passionate about her faith, family, cooking/meal ministry, and enjoys traveling.
