Founded in 1997 in North Canton, Ohio, Gentle Shepherd Counseling Center has been a leader in serving Stark County and the surrounding areas with mental health services.  GSCC offers clinical counseling services to individuals, couples, and families of all ages and populations. 

Our main location - two historic Tudor houses- offers a warm home-like atmosphere.  We also have an annex location just around the block, which offers wheelchair accessibility.  

Gentle Shepherd is a Christian faith-based counseling practice.  This simply means that all of our clinicians have a faith perspective focused on Christ.  We integrate faith within sessions based on the client's desire.  Our primary focus is always on clinical excellence and ethical practice.  It is our hope that you feel a sense of welcome and acceptance at GSCC.
