Anna enjoys taking a collaborative, cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy. Integration of narrative elements is also of great interest to her. Anna believes that there are many benefits to incorporating biblical, faith-based approaches and prayer into sessions when it is desired by a client.
Anna is married to her high school sweetheart, Aidan, and is mom to a new baby boy. She enjoys all kinds of crafting- such as sewing, scrapbooking, and knitting. She is also very involved in her church community and leads a small group with her husband.
