Tristana is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory designation. Tris earned her Master's in Certified Mental Health Counseling from Grace College. Prior to her counseling degree, she was a life and business coach for 15 years, internationally.
Tris likes to meet people where they are at in their journey. Her calming nature and direct approach are what clients enjoy most about her. She uses CBT and Adlerian therapy while incorporating life coaching skills. While she has experience working with people with many different challenges, she has a heart for those struggling with anxiety, depression, women’s issues and life adjustments. Tris also enjoys working with couples and teens, assisting them with navigating everything from communication to feeling lost and hopeless. If desired, Tris is happy to include prayer and scripture into the therapeutic process.
Tris is married to Ian who is from the UK. They love spending time with Tris’ 3 grown children (Grace, Hope, and Daniel) and 4 grandchildren. They enjoy music, theater, going to movies and travel or just sitting at home with their two dogs. Tris enjoys serving at church in various roles and loves to volunteer at local schools directing theater.
