We accept most major insurance plans to include: Aetna, Anthem, Aultcare, Cigna, MMO (Medical Mutual/Mutual Health), Ohio Health Choice (CoreSource), OPTUM (UBH, United Healthcare, UMR), PHCS, Summa and THP (The Health Plan of upper Ohio valley). Please contact your insurance company and/or our office to see if your individual insurance plan is covered. We also accept Carebridge and Cigna EAP plans. We do not accept any form of Medicare or Medicaid. For those who are uninsured or under-insured, we offer reduced fees based on income and the number of people in a household. The initial session is never reduced, but subsequent sessions can be reduced down to $80, $65, or $50 based on eligibility. Proof of income is required. To assist clients 65 and older, as well as those who are military and college students, we offer a reduced rate of $65 per session. Reduced fee applications are available in our main office. Our office personnel would be happy to assist you with this process. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Check or Cash. |

We recommend that you contact your insurance company to verify coverage for telehealth sessions. Beginning March 2021, most of our counselors at both our main and annex locations will be providing IN-OFFICE sessions. All of our counselors will also continue to offer telehealth (phone and/or video) sessions. We encourage you to contact our main office at 330-499-3065 to discuss all of your options for counseling services. We want to ensure that we keep you, your family and our staff healthy. We ask that you do not enter our buildings if you have been experiencing symptoms of any illness. We are also encouraging social distancing in our waiting areas. Additionally, our buildings are being cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis. Please let us know other ways in which we can accommodate your therapeutic and health-related needs at this time. |
