Samantha works from a person-centered approach, and aims to come alongside each person to help them meet their goals. At the foundation of her approach is the belief that there is always hope. She has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, body image issues, and addiction. She believes that underneath these outer things that we see are the core issues, and that these issues can be resolved when we have the courage to be honest, open and willing. She believes that when we choose to change and resolve thinking errors, we can live freely and peacefully. She believes that each person was created with a unique purpose that only they can fulfill. Samantha integrates faith and prayer into treatment, if desired. She has a special passion for helping people to heal from events in their past. Samantha is married to her loving and supportive husband, and together they are raising three energetic children. They like spending time outdoors, and enjoying a hot cup of coffee and conversation together on Saturday mornings. |
