Sydney Prince is a counselor trainee under the supervision of Emily Indorf, MA, LPCC-S. Sydney is earning her Master’s Degree from the Counseling and Human Development program at Walsh University. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Sydney has over 8+ years of experience working directly with Stark DD and its community. Her main areas of focus pertain to anxiety, depression, body image concerns, self-esteem, life adjustments, trauma, abuse, and emotion regulation. Sydney enjoys using cognitive-behavioral, educational, and faith-based approaches to therapy. She believes the therapeutic relationship can be the perfect catalyst for creating an atmosphere of comfortability to explore and understand how our brain chemistry and thought patterns contribute to emotional distress and life difficulties.
Sydney is very active in her faith and would love to integrate that into the healing process, if desired. She is currently engaged as a 2024 bride, loves all things creative and crafty, believes laughter is the best medicine, and is soon to be living among the animals as a farmer’s wife.
